Labeling and packaging

Packaging conforms to GOST 7566-94.

Each bundle is labeled with metallic or plastic tags that bear the following data stamped on them:

manufacturer's trade mark;
customer name;
batch No.;
steel grade;
heat No.
dimension;
preservation;
length;
acceptance date;
bundle weight (for PJSC AVTOVAZ only).

Ends of bars over 30mm in diameter bear a stamped steel grade and heat number.

Bars can be packaged into packaging materials (polyethylene film; polypropylene sheet with volatile corrosion inhibitors).

Bars are treated with Volgol-131, a preservation & stamping oil (TU 0258-005-34686523-2003).

Bundle weight: max 4.7 tones.
